Talent Match

The aim of the Leeds City Region Talent Match Project is to engage with 2,300 young people aged 18-24 who are long term unemployed and who require intensive support and coaching through a Key Worker approach in order to access a flexible and responsive pathway which will support them to get into, or closer to work.
The project is worth £6.9m over 5 years and will operate across the 5 districts of West Yorkshire including; Leeds, Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield and will therefore be responsive to need identified by local panels and collated by Local Infrastructure Partners.
